The Microsoft Advertising pubCenter not allow Chrome navigator

In a test on the website "Microsoft Advertising pubCenter" with the Chrome navigator I saw that Microsoft not show the page.

Why?

Be because Microsoft is the enemy of google

Google Adsense work perfectly on IE.
