Social networks will go out of style as we now know them



People are entering social groups with friends and family. My 10-year-old self would not have been so keen on the idea of staying in touch on social networks, since there were always so many things to do and places to go and getting into trouble for flirting with your neighbours is not advisable.

So-called social clubs that focus on breeding attention and enforcing group harmony are fading away. Perhaps in a few decades people will want their private relationships to be as private as their employment and that will bring about the rise of more private social clubs and maybe even private capital.
